You can update your billing address at any time from your account’s billing settings. Changes apply to future invoices and receipts.
Who can update the billing address?
Only account owners and users with billing admin permissions can update billing details. If you don’t see the Billing menu, you may not have access.
Update your billing address
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Billing.
- Under Billing details, click Edit next to Billing address.
- Enter your updated information (company name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, country).
- Click Save.
When will the change take effect?
- The updated address will appear on future invoices.
- If an invoice has already been issued, the address on that invoice typically can’t be changed. If you need a correction for an existing invoice, contact Support.
Troubleshooting
I can’t save my changes
Double-check:
- All required fields are filled in
- The postal code format matches your country
- Your browser isn’t blocking pop-ups or scripts (try another browser or an incognito window)
The invoice still shows the old address
If you recently updated the address, it may take a few minutes to reflect. If it still appears incorrect after 30 minutes, contact Support.
